Week 1 – Hatha Yoga: Begin by exploring yoga’s roots, its history, and the four paths of Bhakti, Raja, Karma, and Jaana yoga. Dive into daily 90-minute Hatha yoga sessions, focusing on sequences, adjustments, alignment techniques, and basic human anatomy and Yogic Philosophy. Wind down each day with relaxing practices like restorative yoga.
Week 2 – Ashtanga Yoga: Discover the eight limbs of yoga, foundational aspects of Ashtanga, and engage in daily 90-minute practice sessions. Learn about sequencing, alignment, effective communication, detailed human anatomy, Yogic Anatomy covering chakras and the energetic body, and end the day with reflective practices.
Week 3 – Vinyasa Flow: Immerse yourself in the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow through daily practice sessions, learning sequencing techniques, basic principles of Ayurveda and yoga therapy, preventing injuries, teaching methods, and understanding the business side of yoga.
