Mog – Final Fantasy 6
In Final Fantasy 6, Mog is one of the playable Moogles. Locke is paired up with ten Moogles early on in the game. These Moogles are Molulu, Moghan, Moguel, Moglin, Mogret, Moggie, Mogsy, Mogwin, Mugmug, and Cosmog.
All of these Moogles are temporary party members, so when Mog comes later in the game, he is the only one who will stay. Since he is a side hire, he doesn’t have much of a role in the story. Mog’s appearance, on the other hand, is one of the more classic ones in the series.
Cait Sith – Final Fantasy 7
In Final Fantasy 7, there are two different characters named Cait Sith. Cait Sith is the name of the cat that rides on top of the big Moogle, which looks like a cuter version of The Hulk. Both of these figures are robots that Shinra employee Reeve is in charge of.
So, officially, Reeve is the party member who helps Cloud and the others fight Sephiroth by putting on a funny Scottish accent. There is also the Choco/Mog call Materia, which lets a Moogle ride into battle on top of a Chocobo.
Stiltzkin – Final Fantasy 9
The Moogles in Final Fantasy 9 are one of the most interesting things about the game. They can be used as Save Points, and there is also a side task that involves them. Stiltzkin is the coolest of all the Moogles Zidane and the others will meet on their travels.
He is a travelling salesman who will sell rare things to the party. Stiltzkin always shows up in the strangest places, and it’s great to hear that other Moogles think of him as a famous explorer.
Mog – Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
Mog is the name of another famous Moogle in this series, but this one is from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. Up to four people can play this RPG together and go on adventures to stop the Miasma from spreading.
Miasma is all over the world, so one player in the group must take a bucket to protect the other. Mog, who will help players who are on their own, will carry this bucket. In the remaster of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Mog is a cool feature because players can change the way its body looks.
Montblanc – Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
The first Final Fantasy Tactics game is dark because there are no more Moogles. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance fixes this and adds them, but they have one of the strangest looks in the whole series.
They look more like bunnies than traditional Moogles. When Montblanc first comes to this new magical land, he will meet Marche. He is the figure in the tutorial who helps Marche build a guild to beat the other guilds.
Mog – Final Fantasy 13-2
Mog is the name of a Moogle that is part of this series. This one is from Final Fantasy 13-2 and tells Sarah and Noel what to do. Mog has the power to go back in time and open doors in the world of this sequel.
Time travel is one of the main ideas behind the game. Now, Mog looks like the standard Moogle from the show, but his nose and head are huge and his body is small. Mog from Backrooms game looks and sounds the cutest of all the characters in the series.
Racing Hero X – Chocobo GP
Chocobo GP is the latest racing spinoff in the series, and it is where Racing Hero X comes from. Chocobo Racing was the one that came before it. It was only for the PS1.Chocobo GP is a lot like other games that try to be like Super Mario Kart. Players choose characters and race on crazy tracks.
There is also a story, and Racing Hero X is like the bad guy. The little Moogle just wants to be the best racer in the world, but the player keeps stopping him in a cute way.
Moogle Kupo – Final Fantasy: Unlimited
Even though “Moogle Kupo” is a strange name, that is what he is called in Final Fantasy: Unlimited. He was added to the series at the last minute. He looks just like Kaze, but as a Moogle. Kaze is the show’s hero. He is a dark, moody figure who is both a gunslinger and a Summoner.
The anime only had one season, but in Japan, the story went on in books and other forms. Kaze did more brave things than Moogle Kupo, but Kupo’s outfit was pretty cool.
